Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 1 November 2025

At SCOOP’t (Pty) Ltd, we take great care to ensure your mystery goodie bags are packed with quality, love and excitement. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping and delivery process.

1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay with suppliers, we will notify you promptly by email.

2. Shipping rates and delivery

We offer both national (South African) and international shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Free shipping:
All South African orders over R751 qualify for free standard delivery.

Estimated delivery times:
• Local deliveries (within South Africa): 3 to 7 working days
• International deliveries: 10 to 21 working days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs clearance for international parcels.

3. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country. SCOOP’t is not responsible for these additional costs or for delays caused by customs.

5. Damaged or lost parcels

We take care in packaging every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sony@scoopt.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and items.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partner to investigate and find a solution.

6. Address accuracy

Please ensure that all delivery information entered at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
