Refund Policy

At SCOOP’t, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and operations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

  • Accidental double orders, or

  • Double charges for the same order.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have made a duplicate order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at jesse@scoopt.co.za. We will review your request and, if applicable, process a refund to your original payment method.

Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
