SCOOP’t (Pty) Ltd operates as an online retail business offering curated mystery goodie bags known as “Scoops.” These terms apply to all users of our website and all purchases made through www.scoopt.co.za.
2. Orders and payments
All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
3. Product information
Each mystery bag contains assorted items that may vary from product to product. The contents shown or described on our website and social media pages are for illustrative purposes only. We take care to ensure quality and satisfaction but cannot guarantee the inclusion of specific items unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping and delivery
We deliver both nationally and internationally. Once your order has been shipped, ownership and risk pass to you.
SCOOP’t takes no liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier service.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Refund and return policy
All sales are final. Due to the surprise nature of our products, no refunds or returns will be accepted once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
• Accidental double order of the same item
• Duplicate charge for a single order
If either occurs, please contact us within 48 hours at sony@scoopt.co.za with proof of payment, and we will process a refund or correction promptly.
6. Limitation of liability
SCOOP’t (Pty) Ltd and its employees will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense arising from the use of our website or the purchase and use of our products.
7. Privacy and data protection
All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your right to privacy and use your details only for processing orders and improving your shopping experience.
